Home Remodel - Colony Bay, Virginia Beach
Colony style home received a complete home remodel inside and outside. Rooms remodeled included the kitchen, master bathroom and bedroom, wet bar, mudroom, downstairs bathroom, living room, and many other rooms. We built a freestanding garage, resurfaced the brick exterior, and painted it white, replaced the roof, and install new patio tile.
Kitchen Remodel - Little Neck, Virginia Beach
Demoed header wall hanging over the peninsula plus a post at the end of it, installing a recessed engineered LVL beam. Got rid of the dark wood cabinetry and granite countertops replacing it with all-wood construction Uptown White Forevermark cabinetry with quartz countertops and a white subway tile backsplash.
Bathroom Remodel - Princess Anne Hills, Virginia Beach
Description:
Our team is pleased to announce the successful completion of a comprehensive remodel and redesign of the Master Bathroom. The project involved the demolition of the existing shower, followed by an innovative framing of the new shower and toilet room. We also installed high-quality tile flooring, walls, niches, and a custom walk-in tile shower, as well as unique custom tile art around the freestanding tub to add a touch of elegance to the design. In addition, we installed a state-of-the-art heated flooring system, complete with wall-mounted control pads for easy adjustment. For added privacy, we installed a mahogany barn door for the toilet room and a full control panel for lighting, heated flooring system, and bidet controls. Our team takes pride in delivering exceptional service and quality craftsmanship.
Garage Conversion - North Meadowbrook, Norfolk
Description:
Framed new openings for new French doors and windows. Roughed-in new electrical and plumbing to accommodate new purpose and layout of space. Insulated, drywalled, sanded and painted walls and ceilings. Install LVP (luxury vinyl plank) with underlayment.
Kitchen Remodel - Western Branch, Chesapeake
Description:
Used Chief Architect design software to design and create 3D Rendering of kitchen before remodel start. Gutted and disposed of existing cabinets, countertops, backsplash and more. Roughed-in new electrical and plumbing including water lines for a pot filler, vent hood, pendant and can lighting, wine cooler and more. Install Uptown White Forevermark cabinetry with soft closer doors and drawers. Fabricated white quartz countertops and install unique tile backsplash.
Sun Porch Addition - Western Branch, Chesapeake
Description:
Added on 200 sqft of relaxation and entertainment space by constructing a gable style 3 seasons room. Dug trench around proposed structure, poured concrete footer and pedestal for post bases to sit on. Removed existing siding, framed box, roof, posts. Rough-in electrical. Installed Trex decking boards and Eze-breeze window screens. Installed wooden wall and ceiling paneling. Install PVC around posts.
